Job Summary

As an Echocardiography Sonographer at UT Health Henderson, you will play a vital role in aiding in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease by performing ultrasound procedures for all ages. Responsibilities

Performs various ultrasound procedures, using imaging modalities to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Works closely with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent. Qualified second-year student from an allied health echocardiography program. Echo Registry eligible per ICAEL standards. CPR certified Basic Life Support (BLS). Echo registered in RDCS or RCS within six months of hire date. Preferred qualifications include allied health degree in cardiac ultrasound experience performing echocardiography studies, minimum one year of patient care experience, and minimum one year of experience performing echocardiography studies.
