About the Role:Fulfill your purpose as a Cardiac Ultrasound Technologist at UT Health Henderson, where you'll perform ultrasound procedures for all ages to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease.About the Team:You'll be part of a collaborative team that values compassion, celebrates differences, and treats each other with respect. Our state-of-the-art facility features 41 operational beds, a 24-hour ED, and advanced diagnostic technology.Responsibilities:

• Perform ultrasound procedures using imaging modalities to aid in diagnosis and treatment of heart disease.
• Subject to overtime and call back as required by the hospital.Qualifications:
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Qualified second year student from an allied Health Echocardiography program.
  • Echo Registry eligible per ICAEL standards.
  • CPR Certified Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • CPR Certified Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire date.
  • Echo registered in RDCS or RCS within six (6) months of hire date.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Allied Health degree in Cardiac Ultrasound experience performing Echocardiagraphy studies.
    • Minimum of 1 year of patient care experience.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience performing Echocardiography studies.
