*Pay Range:* $37.00 - $52.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

*Job Overview:*
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our team in Longview, Longview-IHL, and Marshall, TX. The ideal candidates will hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, a Texas Physical Therapy License, and a BLS certification. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional abilities.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and patient goals.
* Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and equipment to aid in patient recovery.
* Document patient progress and outcomes in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Educate patients and families about home exercises, lifestyle modifications, and prevention strategies.

*Qualifications:*
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
* Active Texas Physical Therapy License.
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
* Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.00 - $55.00 per hour
