Position Title: Crew Chief Location: IHOP 3044 - Pittsburg, TX Description: As an IHOP Crew Chief, you'll lead the team to ensure exceptional guest experiences by managing shifts, supervising team members, training, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality. Here's a more detailed breakdown of the IHOP Crew Chief role:Responsibilities:Quality Control:Enforce IHOP's quality standards, monitor food preparation, presentation, and timing, and help resolve customer complaints. Financial Accountability:Assist in controlling costs through effective management of inventory, labor, and other restaurant expenses. Safety and Compliance:Uphold health and safety standards, ensure compliance with local health regulations, and IHOP's policies. Communication:Foster open communication between team members, management, and kitchen staff, and keep management informed of any issues. Timecard Management:Review all timecards for your shift. Inventory and Deliveries:Check for the correct quantity and quality on deliveries. Financial Procedures:Review daily sales reports and receipts, make deposits as required, and ensure correct amounts of bills and change. Shift Management:Run shifts, assign responsibilities to team members, and supervise their performance. Training and Development:Assist with the training of new and existing team members, ensuring they are informed of new menu items and specials.
